FRIENDS starring Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, Lisa Kudrow and David Schwimmer came to an end in 2014. It went on for ten long years entertaining fans across the globe. Well, all the fans of the sitcom jumped out of the seats when HBO announced a reunion of the cast. It was supposed to be shot in the month of March but thanks to the outbreak of Coronavirus and the following lockdown, the makers could not shoot for the said episode. But here's an update.

 In the latest interview with NBC News’ Today Show, David Schwimmer who essayed the role of Ross in FRIENDS, revealed something amazing about the reunion. Though he did not reveal when they will shoot for it, he promised that it will have some surprising funny bits. He was quoted saying, "We have a lot of the creative aspects of the show kind of worked out. It’s unscripted, but there are going to be some surprise funny bits. The real question is, ‘when?’ We’re still trying to figure that out because we want to do it when it’s safe to do so for everyone."

In an earlier interview with Entertainment Tonight, Ross, we mean, David had expressed that the shoot of the promised reunion is likely to take place in the month of August. He was quoted saying, "I can tell you that we are hoping to shoot (the reunion) in August, in mid-August, but honestly, we will do it when it’s safe.”
